В 1999 г. один из студентов омской школы дизайна, финалист конкурса «SmirnoffInternationalFashionAwards» впервые был приглашен на стажировку в лаборатории Saga. В 2001 году сотрудничество продолжилось – новое приглашение на стажировку и финал конкурса Smirnoffc коллекцией, выполненной из сырья Saga. В 2009 году куратор OmskFashionDesignSchoolГалина Толмачёва и профессор курса «Дизайн-проектирование» Марина Тимофеева посетили SagaFurs для знакомства и презентации методик омской школы. Это посещение выросло в перспективное сотрудничество. Мех – материал, который всегда изысканно оттеняет замысел любого дизайнера. Совместная программа ориентирована на поиск инновационных технологий работы с мехом и прикладную реализацию дизайнерских проектов. SagaFurs имеет уникальные мастерские и сложившийся рынок сырья. Oмск находится в регионе, где зимой температура воздуха нередко опускается ниже 30 градусов. Эти климатические условия формируют взаимный интерес двух творческих лабораторий на длительный период времени. За последние три года специалисты Saga приезжали с мастер-классами в Омск, подарили школе уникальное оборудование, позволяющее в студенческих лабораториях использовать новаторские технологические приёмы работы с мехом, три студента посетили Sagaза этот период и получили профессиональный опыт работы с мехом. Летом 2012 года в Москве прошла меховая выставка, где стенд Sagaпредставляли две российские школы – из Омска и Санкт — Петербурга. Выставка Chapeau — 2012 явилась отчётной площадкой совместного проекта омской школы и SagaFurs. Студенты, проходившие стажировку в Копенгагене осенью 2011 года, получили сырьё для коллекций, которые и были представлены на подиуме. Они соединили в своих моделях мех, трикотаж, шифон, создали новые образы, предложили варианты технологических обработок. Недавно прошёл эскизный тур студенческих проектов. Авторы двух лучших проектов будут приглашены весной 2013 года в Копенгаген. Ещё один студент будет поощрён денежной премией и предоставлением рабочего места в российском модном доме, работающем с мехом. |
In 1999, one of the students from Omsk School of Fashion Design became a «Smirnoff International Fashion Awards» competition finalist and for the first time was invited to join an internship with the studios of the Saga Furs Company in Copenhagen. In 2001, this collaboration continued with a new invitation for an internship and a participation in the final step of the Smirnoff competition with a collection made from Saga’s raw materials. In 2009, the curator of the Omsk Fashion Design School, Galina Tolmacheva, and professor of the course «Outfit design», Marina Timofeeva, visited Saga Furs as a part of an introductive program that allowed them to present the developing possibilities and perspectives of the Omsk School. This initial visit grew into perspective collaboration.
Fur is a material which always exquisitely emphasizes the ideas of the designer. The main goal of the mutual program is a search for the innovative techniques in both the production and manufacturing of fur garments and practical realization of design projects.Saga Furs has its own unique workshops and a well-organized fur production and marketing facility.The city of Omsk, in Siberia, is situated in the climatic region where average winter temperatures are often below -30 degrees Centigrade.These weather conditions as well as the creative opportunities provided by this collaboration are forming a mutual interest to the further cooperation for both design studios for a long period of time. For the last three years, specialists from Saga Furs regularly come to Omsk with their master classes. Saga has provided unique equipment to the Omsk School as a gift. This has allowed the students to use innovative techniques for fur garments production. Three students visited Saga during this period and received professional experience in working with fur. In summer 2012, during a fur exhibition in Moscow the stand of Saga Furs displayed the works of two Russian schools, one from Omsk and the other from Saint-Petersburg. The exhibition, Chapeau-2012, was the result of a mutual joint project for both the Omsk School and Saga Furs. Students who held internships in Copenhagen in autumn 2011 presented their runway collections which were made with fur provided by Saga Furs. In their collections they combined fur, jersey and chiffon; they created new images and suggested new finishings for the garments. Recently there was a sketch competition in design projects. The creators of the two best projects will be invited to Copenhagen for spring 2013. An additional student will be awarded prize money and will be invited to work for a Russian fashion house dealing with fur. |
